Gazing at the spectacular display of wildflowers on “Poppy Hill” you might catch sight of an eagle. A hearty lunch is served near historic Sutter’s Mill where gold was discovered in 1848.
Each trip includes ecotourism extras such as a guided tour of the Marshall Gold Discovery Park and natural history interpretation by our superbly trained and knowledgeable MaLode guides. You will ride in eco-friendly shuttle vehicles powered by 100% waste vegetable oil, such as EcoBus, which reduce carbon footprint by 80%.
