Michael and I REALLY enjoyed our trip, and wanted to let you know that our guides, Scott and Sara, were incredible. They did a lot more than simply ‘take us down the river.’ They gave us a really awesome adventure with lots of ‘extras,’ like picking us blackberries on the banks, making us a great and thoughtful lunch, and telling us stories about what we saw along the route. Jim was a great driver and we really enjoyed talking with him (he’s a hoot!). Of course, Sara and Scott’s ability with the boats was amazing and we felt safe, even as we were thrilled through the rapids. I especially appreciated how Scott told us what to expect before each big rapid (we were in Scott’s boat the whole adventure). It allowed me to know what to do to help the boat and enjoy the ride.
