North Fork Stanislaus Whitewater Rafting

The North Fork of the Stanislaus River runs through both the Stanislaus National Forest and Calaveras Big Trees State Park. Rapids on this river are characterized by staircase drops and tight turns. The scenery is stunning and the river’s water is crystal clear.

You’ll start the day out with a splash as you take on Beginner’s Luck, a Class IV rapid that descends 15 feet! Next you’ll encounter exciting chutes and winding turns. Somewhere along the way, you’ll stop for a hearty lunch prepared by your wonderful guides. After lunch, you’ll make your way through even more Class III-IV rapids, all leading up to Sequoia Sluice, the last and largest rapid of the day.
